Crappy Brave Blade I made for cosplay!
Made of about 3,500 Perler beads in 3 colors, glued to a piece of foam board. Beads are on both sides. Sealed with clear acrylic spray. Excess bits of foam board are painted in acrylic paint (on the sides, not seen in photo)
Measures 33 inches long.
Made with about $20 worth a materials, and an unknown about of hours, probably 20+. I have never done anything like this before, so there were mishaps along the way, such as beads not fusing, finding the right glue, and even designing the pattern myself. Yes, I seriously stared at photos and did the entire thing by hand.

Gah I love this!!!I've made a few things with perler beads before, but this is way better than any of them. Seriously though, this is so cool!!
